Yoga Fundamentals: Beginner’s Theory and Practice - new day & time!
This class will explore the basics of Yoga in the way of written theory and in its physical, mental, and spiritual practice. Each class will include warm ups, postures, deep relaxation and verbal instruction on the history, practice and personal application of Yoga. Students can begin at any point in the class series without prior experience.
The class instructor, Matthew Pleggenkuhle, received training in the gentle movement and breath practices taught by the Himalayan Institute, and has been studying the materials published by the Self-Realization Fellowship for several years.
Class Days & Times
Wednesday evenings: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Class Fees
First time students receive the class free of charge. Thereafter, the cost per class is $14; however a discounted rate can be requested by students interested in pre-paying for future classes.
