On the Mat has Yoga mats & other props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.) for your use. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please wear (or bring) comfortable clothes that will allow you to move with ease. We have 2 changing rooms for your convenience.
Try not to eat a heavy meal right before class!
Please save perfume for another occasion.
Please silence cell phones upon arrival to class.
Feel free to ask questions.
There is no competition in Yoga, either with others or with yourself! Please move gently and without judgement for what you may or may not be able to do in any given class.
If you are ill, please choose rest at home over coming to class.
