On the Mat is a classroom facility that hosts Aikido instruction through Aikido Omaha, LLC , Hatha Yoga classes, a Zen meditation group, and various workshops.We are conveniently located at 2228 N. 91st Plaza in the Camelot Business Center at 90th and Blondo Streets in Omaha, Nebraska.
